Returns and Refunds Policy

Non-faulty items

    Maxshield will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within seven(7) days of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handing costs incurred by Maxshield when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and 'free shipping' was specified.


 Maxshield will not be liable for:

    Any costs incurred by you in returning the item to Maxshield for exchange; and/or the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item has a greater value. You must pay the difference between the value of the original you purchased and your chosen alternative item; and/or any costs of shipping an alternative item to you following exchange. 

    The alternative item you following exchange. The alternative item will only be resent to you after shipping costs are received in full by Maxshield as cleared funds.  

    Please note that Maxshield will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.


Faulty item

If an item is defective as a  manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.

If an item is assessed that is not faulty, postage and handling fee is required to pay to Maxshield to resend your item back.

If an item is identified as a manufacturer  faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:

We  will fully refund the purchase price, or We  will provide a replacement.


Item not what you ordered

    In the unlikely event that Maxshield sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item through eBay message, so that we can rectify this for you.
